Admissions

All students interested in applying for admission to Pinewood Acres School must set up an appointment for a personal interview. After the interview, an application for admission may be granted. Once you have received the application for admission:

  1. Completely fill out the application form
  2. Attach the non-refundable application fee
  3. Attach previous school records
  4. Attach the blue and gold health forms
  5. Attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate
  6. Schedule a date for testing (Kindergarten – Eighth Grade only)

Notification of placement for each student will be provided after testing results are calculated.

Once the non-refundable registration fee has been paid each student is assured a spot at the grade level for which they registered. Please note: If there is no longer space available at the desired grade level your registration fee will not be processed. Applications and registration fees need to be renewed on a yearly basis.

Registration is complete when all documents have been received. The health forms for preschool and kindergarten students need to be updated before school starts. Any previous school records also need to be on file before the student can attend school.

Pinewood Acres School does not discriminate against race, religion, or national origin. The school does reserve the right to accept or reject students on the basis that the admissions process has not been completed successfully. Notification of placement for each student will be provided after testing results are calculated (Kindergarten – Sixth Grade only).
